What CharterMatch is

CharterMatch is a matching and referral service. It is not a charter operator, broker of record, travel agent, or party to any charter contract. All charter services are provided by the third-party partners you are matched to, under their own terms and pricing.

No pricing warranty

CharterMatch does not generate quotes and does not warrant any illustrative range shown on this site as the price you will pay. Final pricing is quoted directly by the charter partner based on your specific trip, aircraft or vessel availability, and market conditions at the time of enquiry.

Partner status

Partner statuses ("Active", "Application pending") reflect the state of our own affiliate relationships and are not a rating of the partner's service quality or safety record. Verifying the operator's credentials for your specific trip is your own responsibility.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharterMatch accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or contractual performance of any charter partner featured or matched to you.
