Privacy policy

This is a placeholder privacy policy for the CharterMatch prototype. Replace with a reviewed version before launch. In short, CharterMatch collects only what's needed to route your matching request and, if you opt in, to email you about empty-leg deals.

What we collect

• Answers you provide in the matching questionnaire (trip type, group size, region, budget band).
• Your email address, only if you submit the empty-leg alerts form.
• Standard server logs and anonymised analytics on which pages are visited.

What we don't do

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Share your questionnaire answers with partners without your explicit action (clicking through).
• Gate matching results behind an email wall.

Cookies

Outbound partner links may use tracking cookies set by the partner or their affiliate network so that a resulting booking is credited to us. This is standard affiliate attribution and does not identify you personally to CharterMatch.
