CharterMatch is an independent charter matching service. We are free to use. There is no fee at any point in the process — not to see partner matches, not to click through to a partner, and not to book with them.

How we're paid

Some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links. When you click through to a partner and go on to book with them, we may receive a referral commission from that partner. That commission is paid by the partner, not by you — it does not increase what the charter costs. It is essentially a marketing expense the partner treats as the price of a qualified lead.

How this influences (and doesn't influence) what you see

• We never accept payment for ranking. Partner order in the directory is determined by active status, then alphabetically — commission terms are not a factor.
• The matching questionnaire ranks partners by fit to your trip. Active partners are surfaced above pending ones only because pending partners have no working referral link.
• We do not publish specific commission rates, cookie windows, or partner-specific monetisation terms — that's business information, not something users need to make a good charter decision.

Pending partners

Some partners in the directory are listed with a "pending" status. These are real operators we've applied to and are awaiting approval from — we do not fabricate placeholder links that appear to be functional. Once approval comes through we swap in the live tracking link and update the status.
